Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, February 17, 1909 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Fernwood - On Wednesday last the death angel entered the home of Mr. and Mrs. Don Petrie and took the darling little baby Earl, aged five months. The little one was ill only a couple of days. The funeral services were held from the home on the 12, Rev. Weart officiating. A quartet composed of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Barnard, Miss M. Ida Barnard and E. W. Perry sang, "Come to Me and I Will Give You Rest," "Gone Home," and "Papa Come this Way." The little body resting in its little white casket was placed in the vault of the Willis cemetery. There were friends present from Redfield, Pulaski and Howardville. Mr. and Mrs. Petrie wish to thank all who were so kind to them in their first great sorrow, the minister who spoke such words of comfort, also the singers and those who so kindly gave flowers.
