Notes - Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, November 10, 1859 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - The Drowned - The bodies of the young men recently drowned in the Lake have not yet been found. They were all of Sandy Creek, and were respectable and promising young men. Their names and ages were as follows: Andrew Chaugo, son of Mr. Henry Chaugo, ages 22, he leaves a wife. Stephen Mandigo, son of Mr. Peter Mandigo, aged 23. Joseph Y. Paul, son of Mr. Barzillai Paul, aged 32. William Meacham, son of Mr. Chauncey Meacham, aged 23.
