      Norman E. Hall Sr., 63, of Harvester Mill Road, Redfield, died Wednesday at home.
      Born in Orwell, he moved to Redfield in 1968. He was a 30-year member of Operating Engineers Local 545, Syracuse, and he worked for many Central New York construction companies. He was a member of Robert Edwards American Legion Post 358, Pulaski; Moose Lodge 901, Rome; and he was an Army veteran, serving from 1953 to 1955.
      Survivors: Two sons, Norman E. Jr. of Pulaski and Robert J. of Redfield; a daughter, Lisa M. Babcock of Port Ontario; his father and stepmother, Norman and Irene D. Hall of Pulaski; a brother, Raymond of Ft. Pierce, Fla.; four grandchildren.
      Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., Pulaski. Burial, Pulaski Cemetery.
