      Franklin E Graham, Jr., 65 of Watertown, NY passed away Tuesday July 4, 2023 at his home.

      Born October 7, 1957 in Watertown to Franklin E and Bonitha (Dingman) Graham, Sr. Franklin worked as a logger for Al’s Logging. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a former member of the Richland Fire Department.

      Surviving are his children Franklin Graham (Chrystal Coe), Charles Graham (Jessica Mintonye), Tracy Hutchinson (Ed); siblings; Mary Ackley, Sue Covey, Delbert Sprague (Vicky), his ex-wife Charity Graham 17 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews including Nick Graham (Stacey)and his good friends Donny and Karen Maitland.

      He was predeceased by a daughter Tracy Graham and three sisters Holly, Deb and Wendy.
