- Marjorie Joyce Hollis, age 90, resident of Pulaski, passed away Sunday at her home. Marjorie was born September 6, 1932, in Pulaski, the daughter of Fred and Maude Dight Hollis. She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1950. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education from Oswego State College. Marjorie was employed by the Webster School district as an elementary teacher for 32 years, retiring in 1987. She was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and donated her time and resources to the United Friends of Homeless Animals. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the Pulaski Congregational Church.
Surviving are her niece, Kathleen Krom of Pulaski, nephew, Michael R. Krom (Barbara Waite) of Kerhonkson, great-nephew, Michael J. Krom, step-great niece Daisy Cruz and great-great nephew, Jaxson Krom. Marjorie was predeceased by her sister, Marcia Krom, and her nephew David Krom, and longtime companion Brian Bonham.
