    • Robert served in the 86th NY volunteers in the Civil War. His stone indicates a birth of 1829. Robert was a private in the NY 186th, CO. C during the Civil War. He enlisted in Adams, and was mustered September 7, 1864. RObert and Harriets' home was on land now owned by Larry Porter in North Redfield. Half-Shire has photos of the house and barn.
