- Orwell - Vickie L. Walker, 29, of Orwell and a life-long resident of this area, died Thursday, December 24, 1981 at her home. Vickie, the former Vickie Lee Henry, attended local schools and married Gary S. Walker of Richland.
Vickie was survived by her husband, Mr. Gary Walker; her mother, Mrs. Eva Mae Ward of Orwell; four children, Calvin J. O'Donnel, Gary S. Walker, Jr, April Marie Walker and Kelly Jo Walker, all of Orwell; four sisters, Carol Ann Henry and Cindy Sue Henry, both of Lakeland, Florida; Mrs. Sally Lou Nunez and Miss Candy Joy Ward, both of Orwell; four brothers, Douglas Calvin Henry, Marvin R. Ward, Robert M. Ward and John M. Ward all of Orwell. A brother, Richard H. Ward of Orwell, died in August of 1979.
She was born in the town of Richland, September 23, 1953 the daughter of Eva Mae Graham Henry and the late Calvin J. Henry.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Orwell. Arrangements were with Foster-Hax Funeral Home in Pulaski.
Private services were held Monday, December 28 with the Rev. George Pattington officiating.
