    • Richard “Dickie” Tilkins, died at home on October 12th, 2021, in Pulaski,N.Y.
      Richard is survived by his wife, Cathy, his son Benjamin,Sister Renae (George) Sacco, of Oswego; and his Sister in law Amanda Brown(Kurt Mueller), of Canada, along with a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Nancy Lloyd Reynolds, Father, Richard Tilkins, Stepfather, William Reynolds, Sister, Karen Tilkins, as well as Brothers William & Rodney Tilkins, and David Reynolds.
      Richard was a very sociable person, and was a member of the Richland Fire Company for many years. He enjoyed relaxing with friends and family . His family and friends will always remember him as a caring, and fun personality.
      There will be no services as Richard’s wishes. The family would like to thank Oswego County Hospice for giving him the quality of life he wanted.
