    • NEWSPAPER OBITUARY - March 21, 1976 Oswego Palladium - Oswego, New York - Mrs. Ethel H. Zaun, 91, died late Tuesday night at her North Street home here after a short illness. A native of Iowa, she had resided in this area since 1919, coming from North Dakota. She was married twice. Her first husband, Otto P. Jordal died in 1961. She later married John A. Zaun, who died in 1976. She was active in the Mexico and New Haven United Methodist churches and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Silver Crest Rebekah Lodge. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Erwin (Lucile) Wilner, Manlius; four sons, Leland Jordal, Reginald Jordal, Piedmont, South Carolina, Francis Jordal, Lacona, and Calvin Jordal, Mexico; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Clarence and Clark Harris of Peru, Iowa. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There no calling hours. Mrs. Zaun donated her body for medical research. Arrangements are in charge of Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home.
