    • Fanny Curtiss Campbell - April, 1800 - March, 1899. Daughter of Epaphras and Elizabeth Waldo Curtiss. Wife of Archibald Campbell (married about 1817) & Elijah Ames (married about 1847.)
      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 16, 1899 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Orwell - The funeral of Mrs. Campbell was held at the residence of her son Allen Campbell, Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Campbell was nearly 98 years of age and had been until a few days previous to her death in good health and spirits. Her mind was strong and her memory excellent, she was a very interesting person to converse with. She received the best care at the hands of Mr. and Mrs. Campbell. Rev. Mr. Sherman conducted the services. She was laid at rest beside the husband of her youth at Richland. Many friends from out of town attended the funeral among others were Mr. and Mrs. Miles Blodgett of Sandy Creek. Mrs. Campbell being an aunt to Mr. Blodgett.
      Newspaper Article - Thursday, March 16, 1899 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Maplehurst - J. S. Curtiss attended the funeral of his aunt, Fanny Campbell, in Orwell, Tuesday.
