      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 14, 1968 Syracuse Herald Journal - Syracuse, New York - Pulaski - Mrs. Ina I. Halsey, 84, formerly of Fernwood, died Tuesday at the Cortland Nursing Home in Cortland. She is survived by a daughter, Inabelle Webb of Cortland; three sons, Herbert and Louis Webb of Fernwood and Allen Webb of Pulaski; 21 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; a brother, Isaac Bentley. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Foster Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
