- MRS. MARY EMERY
Mary Clark Emery, aged 87 years, 11 months 23 days, died at her home in Wayne street Thursday morning, February 2; 1933. Mrs. Emery had been in poor health for the past two years. Her husband died on January 3, this year.
Mrs. Emery was born in the town of Mexico on February 10, 1845,daughter of Jones Clark and Ruth Clark Clark. Her entire life was spent in this town and village.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frank Searles of Pulaski, N.Y. and a stepson, Edward Emery, of Colosse.
Last rites were held from her late home on Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with Rev. B. L. Waters, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church officiating. Interment was in Maple View cemetery. The bearers were George P. Mathews, Frank Fellers, Daniel B. Wyant and Fred Edick.
