Notes - Sandra graduated from Altmar-Parish-Williamstown school in 1970. She later went on to earn her Practical nursing degree at Oswego County BOCES in 1981. She was employed at the time of her death with Evergreen Nursing Home in Pulaski. She lived outside of Pulaski, New York.
In 1982 she married Don Blaise. Don had three children from a previous marriage: Gregory, Bobbie and Michelle.
Sandra was active in community affairs, serving with the Eastern Starr, the Rebekah Lodge and the Dugway Methodist Church.
