Katherine A. Richards, age 90 of 726 Sumner St., Syracuse , formerly of Pulaski, died Friday, March 21 at the Van Duyn Home and Hospital in Syracuse.
She was born June 12, 1889, daughter of John and Adele Jones Richards. Graduating from Syracuse University in 1906, she taught in the Pulaski Academy English Department for several years. She later taught on Long Island.
After retiring, she moved to Syracuse and for years was a receptionist at Simms Hall, Syracuse University.
Miss Richards was a member of the Park Presbyterian Church of
Syracuse.
Survived by one sister, Olive G. Richards of Syracuse.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Foster Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski with the Rev. Dolen Morris, Pastor of the Park United Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will be in the Richards Family Plot in the Pulaski Cemetery.
