      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, June 3, 1954 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Paul John Clark, 8, Rites Saturday - Paul John Clark, eight-year-old son of Postmaster and Mrs. Peter J. Clark of Richland, who had been seriously ill with a malignant disease the past year, died at the Orwell Sanatorium early Wednesday morning. He underwent a serious operation at the Memorial Hospital in New York City in May, 1953, returning there intermittently for treatment. Funeral services will be held from St. John's Catholic Church in Pulaski Saturday morning at 9 am. with the Rev. William J. Shanahan officiating. Interment will be in Richland cemetery. Besides his parents, he is survived by a brother, Peter J. Clark, Jr., his maternal grandfather. Earl J. Wilder of Richland his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Jack Louisi of Mount Clemons, Michigan; and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Clark of Oswego. Paul John Clark was born in Richland on September 24, 1945, the son of Peter J. and Geraldine Wilder Clark. He was a third grade student in the Richland branch of Pulaski Academy and Central School. He had been confined to his bed the past three weeks and was removed to the Orwell Sanatorium Tuesday afternoon.
