- Mrs. Jane Chase
Mrs. A. L. Pruyn of Pulaski received word, Monday, of the death of her mother, Mrs. Jane Chase at the home of her son, William Chase, of Geneva. Mrs. Chase had been in poor health for some time and a shock was the final cause of her death. She was born in the town of Camden, seventy-seven years ago, January 1. Her husband died several years ago. She was a mother of eleven children five of who are living, Mrs. William Nicholson of Fernwood; Mrs. A. L. Pruyn, Pulaski; William Chase of Geneva; Rollin Chase and Mrs. E. D. Gaylord of Oriskany Falls. The funeral will be held in Williamstown today at the M. E. church where Mrs. Chase worshipped and was a member when she lived in that village. -Democrat.
