- Newspaper Obituary - September 1, 2013 Syracuse Post Standard - Mildred Fones, age 60, life resident of Pulaski and Richland, passed away August 26, 2013 at Oswego Hospital. Mildred was born November 26, 1952 in Rome. She attended Pulaski Schools. Mildred married David Fones on September 26, 2004. She was employed by Braley Adult Home in Altmar for several years. Mildred was a member of the Greater Victory Fellowship in Orwell. Surviving are her husband, David R. Fones of Pulaski; mother, Freda Look of Richland; two sisters, Rose Davis of Palermo and Mary Teska of Pulaski; and one brother, James Look of Richland. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from noon to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral.
