    • Newspaper Obituary - 1987 Oswego Palladium - Roland E. Kiblin - FULTON - Roland E Kiblin, 79, a resident of RD 3. Jacksonville Road, died Monday at Oswego Hospital following a long illness. Mr Kiblin was born in Ellisburg, N.Y., and had resided in the Granby area most of his life. Prior to his retirement, he was employed with the Sealright Co for 42 years. Mr Kiblin was a member of the Bowens Corners United Methodist. He was a 34 year member of the Cody Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of the Oswego County Fire Police Association. He is survived by his wife Thola (Summerville) Kiblin; two daughters, Karen Gardner of Fulton and Marion Pellett of Auburn; a stepdaughter, Jelenne Cook of Phoenix; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Foster Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul R. Mills will officiate. Burial will be in Jacksonville Cemetery Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. 910 Fay St.
