    • Newspaper Obituary - April 28, 1926 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Adin M. Potter - After intense suffering for weeks, Adin M. Potter passed away Wednesday morning, April 21, aged nearly 65 years. He was the oldest son of the late John M. and Elmira (Hicks) Potter and was born May 22, 1861. He was united in marriage with Miss Amelia Hilton, December 24, 1882. He is survived by his widow, two sons, John W. and Richard, one daughter, Mrs. Viola Tubbs, and seven grandchildren. The funeral service conducted Saturday afternoon in his late home by Rev. Walter Clement, of Taberg and Rev. T. T. Davies of Sandy Creek, was attended by a large assemblage of relatives and friends. Mr. Potter was a member of Orwell Grange, a member of Welcome Lodge, No. 680, I.O.O.F. and held the office of town assessor at the time of his demise. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery.
