- Linda J. Thomas - July 10, 2016 - RODMAN, N.Y. - Linda J. Thomas, 52, of County Route 69, Rodman, NY, died Saturday evening, July 9, at her home where she had been under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County. There will be a graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, in Fairview Cemetery, Rodman, NY, with CPT Matthew J. Sanders of the United States Army Reserve Careers Division, officiating. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams. Linda was born July 30, 1963 in Watertown, daughter of Gordon and Janet (Bills) Castor. She married Michael Thomas of Rodman on July 20.1985. The couple have lived in Rodman all their married life. Surviving besides her husband, Michael, are a son, Matthew (Megan) Thomas, Barnes Corners; two grandsons Grant and Gavin Thomas, Barnes Corners; her mother Janet and stepfather Dan Willix, Lorraine; mother-in-law and father-in-law, David and Jane Thomas, Rodman; five sisters including her twin sister, Paula (Frank) Molnar, Lorraine, Carol (Jim) Cheal, Copenhagen, Kathy (Mark) Dealing, Adams Center, Nina (Gary) Zehr, Ellisburg, Lesha (Daniel) Moore, Albion; several nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law whom she loved dearly.
