Newspaper Obituary - Monday, July 20, 1970 The Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - James W. Brinklow Sr., 58, of 7537 River Street, died Saturday at Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital, Syracuse. There will be no calling hours. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in South Richland cemetery, Fernwood, conducted by Carl Bates of the Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a cabinet finisher for General Electric Company, Syracuse. He was a Pulaski native. He was raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was married to Norma Youngs in Camden on January 29, 1939 and subsequently lived in Pulaski. Mr. Brinklow was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Surviving besides his wife are a daughter, Mrs. Robert Miller of Pulaski; three sons, James W., Jr., of Syracuse, Richard of Miami, Florida, and Bruce Brinklow of Pulaski; six grandchildren and a brother, Douglas Brinklow of Erie.
