    • George Ancil Rudd, 92, of Boylston, passed away Thursday at his home.

      He was born June 20, 1923 in Boylston. Son the George Lincoln Rudd and Bessie S. Jenne Rudd. Graduated from Sandy Creek High School in 1947. He attended Roberts Wesleyan College and Marion College. He was married to Mary K. Croft in August 1950 and she died November 1951. He married Beulah M. Bowden in 1952 and she died June 30, 1965. He last marriage was to Madge C. Pratt on August 6, 1966 and she died on December 21, 2004.

      George was a life resident of Boylston and retired from dairy farming in 1998.

      Survived by his children, George P. (Trina) Rudd of Boylston, Charles E. (Sue) Rudd of Spencerport, NY, Barbara J. (David) Wilson of Anderson, Indiana, John C. (Tonya) Rudd of Trevor, Wisconsin and Stephen J. (Diane) Rudd of Stuart, Florida. 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 4 sisters, Olive Wilmont, Thelma Rudd, Eunice Rudd, Lottie Rudd, a infant brother Ellis and a granddaughter Rachele.

      Funeral Services 2PM Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Sandy Creek United Wesleyan Church with Rev. Brian Snyder officiating. Calling hours 12-2 at the church prior to the services on Saturday. Burial in North Boylston Cemetery. Arrangements by Summerville Funeral Home in Sandy Creek.
