    • Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 12, 1885 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mr. Harry Frary, one of our old and respected residents departed this life March 4, 1885, in the 77th year of his age. He was born in Pawlet, Vermont May 2, 1808; when about 20 years of age, he came west to find a home near this village now owned by Mr. Farrington, where he lived, about 40 years. In September 1830, he was married to Pricilla Ransom; six children were given to bless this union. In 1876 this wife and mother obeyed the call, “Come up higher.” In 1881 he was again married to Mrs. Rebecca Peck, who, with the six children survive him. He had many sterling qualities, unassuming in manner, upright in dealing, a wise counselor, a faithful friend, with the highest regard for family and home. His decline was gradual; the most intense suffering was borne with unbounded patience. His faith in God was not shaken. Truly the remembrance of the just shall not pass away.
