Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 24, 1892 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - In In this village, March 21st, 1892, Harriet A. Weed, aged 60 years. The funeral will be held on Thursday afternoon, at 2:30. Miss Weed was a native of this village. Her father, many years since, was one of the best known residents of the village, Mr. Eli Weed. Only one member of the family survives the deceased, a sister, Miss Margaret Weed, who through many years had been her sole companion, they residing together on North Street for the past 32 years. Through her last illness, which had been protracted and painful, Miss Weed had been tenderly cared for by many loving friends at home and abroad.
