    • Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, August 20, 1975 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Former Local Resident Dies - Lula M. Paddock, 85, of 116 Wood Avenue, Syracuse died on Thursday, August 14 at the James Square Nursing Home, Syracuse. She was born on July 28, 1890 in Pulaski, the daughter of Jacob and Julia Gage Orton. She attended Pulaski schools and later married Charles Paddock. The couple lived at the Thousand Islands Park before moving to Syracuse. Mr. Paddock passed away in 1953. Surviving are two sisters: Mrs. Blanche Greenstreet of Arizona and Mrs. Frank Houghton of Alexandria Bay, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 16 at 10 a.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski with the Rev. Stanley Skinner officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell
