KEENE VALLEY - Mrs. Marion (Gibby) L. Hough, 85, formerly of Cliff Haven/Watertown and most recently, Keene Valley, passed away on Jan. 28, 2016, at Elizabethtown Community Hospital. She was born in Pulaski, N.Y., on Oct, 27, 1930, the daughter of the late Fred and Ella (Phillips) Rupracht.. Marion graduated from Mercy Hospital Nursing Program in Watertown, N.Y., and was a RN for over 30 years. She loved painting, knitting and reading. She also enjoyed camping with family and friends.. Marion was a loving and kind mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.. Marion was a loving and kind mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.. Marion is predeceased by her parents; her husband, Francis E. Hough; and her brother, Arnold Rupracht of Pulaski, N.Y. She is survived by her sisters, Frieda Daniels and Helen Potter, both of Pulaski, N.Y.; her sons, David and Ann Hough of Keene, N.Y., Michael Hough of Pottersville, N.Y., Randy Hough of Plattsburgh, N.Y., Kevin Hough of Lexington, Ky.; daughters, Pam and Mike Doorey of Lake Villa, Ill., Charlene and Peter Ewald of Keene, N.H.; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.. In accordance with Marion's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family at later date.
