- Newspaper Obituary - March 19, 1999 The Virginian Pilot - Norfolk, Virginia - Carl A. Price, 67, died March 17, 1999, in Sentara Leigh Hospital of Norfolk. Mr. Price was a Navy veteran and retired from civil service with 30 years of service. He was a member of the Portsmouth Moose Lodge No. 98. Mr. Price was predeceased by his daughter, Donna Morgan. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Lilo Price; sons, Danny Price of North Carolina and Wayne Price of Waynesboro; stepdaughter, Patricia Logan and husband, Richard, of Richmond; a sister, Evelyn Larmon of New York; grandchildren, Corey Boargeois, Angelina Price, Deana Price, Devine Price, Christian Morgan, Shane Houston and Brian Dismore; and two great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Charity United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 6 to 8 p.m. today. We love you and miss you.
