      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, July 1, 1954 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Mrs. C. E. Rossman Rites Held Sunday - Services were held Sunday for Mrs. Flora Phelps Rossman at the Taylor funeral home with the Rev. James M. Pauley of the Pulaski Methodist Church officiating. She had been in poor health for some time and died last Thursday at her home. Interment was in Pulaski Cemetery. Mrs. Rossman was born August 7, 1886, the daughter of Franklin and Julia Phelps. Her early life was spent in the Sandy Creek area and she attended school there as well as in Pulaski Union School. She was married on March 15, 1901, to Charles E. Rossman. Surviving besides her husband are two brothers, Glenn and Ed Phelps; nine children, Irene Quesnell and the Gladys Quesnell of Oswego, Chlorys Sweeney of Pulaski, Irma Derby of Weedsport, Helen Rossman of Pulaski, Harold Rossman of Auburn, and Clark, Rex and Leon Rossman of Pulaski; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
