Norma M. Walker, 74, Pulaski, died Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Syracuse.
Mrs. Walker had worked in nursing homes at Williamstown and Pulaski.
Born July 19, 1931, in Florence, daughter of William and Rose Kidney Wheeler, she attended school in Altmar. She had lived in Altmar most of her life, moving to Pulaski in 2000.
She married Simeon Walker on July 29, 1950, in St. Mary's Church, Altmar. He died March 3, 1994.
She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church until its closing, then was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Gary S. and Larry W., both of Williamstown, and Terry L., Altmar; two daughters, Deborah McNitt, Mexico, and Linda G. Wicks, Cicero; a brother, Leon Robert Wheeler, Pulaski; a sister, Rosemary Johnson, Altmar, 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Evangelist Church with the Rev. Anthony Keeffe officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Williamstown.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home.
Donations may be made to the Williamstown Fire Department or the American Heart Association.

Norma M. Walker, age 74, of Pulaski, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse. She was born July 19, 1931, in Florence, the daughter of William and Rose Kidney Wheeler. She resided in Altmar most of her life, moving to Pulaski in 2000. She attended Altmar schools. She married Simeon Walker July 29, 1950, in St. Mary's Church, Altmar. Mr. Walker died March 3, 1994. Norma was a member of St. Mary's Church, Altmar, until its closing, then St. John's the Evangelist Church, Pulaski. She was employed by nursing homes in Williamstown and Pulaski.

She was a devoted mother, loving grandmother and great- grandmother, and a good friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all.
