      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, May 3, 2005 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - The funeral for Kathryn Lawton, 86, formerly of Rome Road, will be at 11 a.m. today at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev_ Marilyn Stevens officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. She died Friday at Pontiac Nursing Home, Oswego. A calling hour begins at 10 a.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Lawton was employed at a hunting lodge in Redfield for many years. She enjoyed gardening and bird-watching. Born June 19, 1918, in Oswego, daughter of Elmer and Dorothy Spath O'Connell, she graduated in 1936 from Pulaski High School. She married Eldon Lawton on December 24, 1939, in Richland. Mr. Lawton died June 19, 1969. Surviving are a son, Timothy, Pulaski; two daughters, Patricia Spicer and Linda Jukes, both of Florida; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A son, Michael, died October 21, 1998.
