    • Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 15, 1884 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - At the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. Lucius Jones, May 8, 1884, Catherine, wife of the late James McChesney, aged 84 years. The funeral of this aged disciple of the Master was held from Mr. Jones' residence on Saturday afternoon, Rev. Mr. Brooks presiding. She was a daughter of one of the first settlers in this county, a Mr. Ripsom, and had resided at Selkirk for many years.
