Newspaper Obituary - Monday, June 8, 1925 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Vicinity Obituary ¬Pulaski, June 8 - Carlton P. Cole, 60, life resident of the town of Richland, and one of the best known farmers in the eastern section of Oswego county, died suddenly at 8:30 o'clock Sunday morning at his home in the western section of the town about four miles west of Pulaski. He had been in poor health several years, but was suddenly stricken and expired before a physician could reach the Cole farmhouse. He was born October 26, 1864, on the farm where he had since lived. He was a member of Lake Ontario Association 794 Patrons of Industry, Port Ontario, and of Pulaski Grange 730, Patrons of Husbandry. He had been engaged in farming practically all his life since leaving school. Carlton Cole was the last member of the family. Surviving is his widow. Rev. Ernest H. Scott, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church of Pulaski, will officiate at the funeral, which will be held from the home at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be in Sand Hill cemetery at Daysville.
