Lillian W. Potter, 80, of 226 Falls Road died Sunday at home after a short illness.
Born in Watertown, Mrs. Potter had lived in Orwell since 1936. She graduated from Cazenovia High School. She was employed by General Electric Co. in Syracuse for many years.
Her husband, Milferd H., died in 1961.
Surviving are two sons, Milferd H. and Richard, both of Orwell; two daughters, Veronica Olin of Orwell and Cynthia Clark of Depauville; a brother, Lamont West of Wenatachee, Wash.; a sister, Jean Daniels of Cicero; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, the Rev. Thomas G. Howell officiating. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell.
Calling hours are noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 52 Park St.
Contributions may be made to the Orwell Volunteer Fire Department.
