Grover L. Trumble, 73, of Thompson Road, Port Byron, died Friday at Auburn Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Trumble was born in Albion and lived in Port Byron most of his life. He was employed more than 23 years with Singer Co. of Auburn.
His wife, Marian, died in 1988.
Surviving are a son, Walter of Port Byron; two daughters, Dora DeCarlo of Syracuse and Marilyn Thomas of Cayuga; a brother, Ken of California; two sisters, Roxie Britton and Evelyn Alcock, both of Titusville, Fla.; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Audioun Funeral Home, Port Byron, the Rev. William Taber officiating. Spring burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Port Byron.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 234 N. Main St.
Contributions may be made to Port Byron Ambulance Fund.
