    • Eleanor Pauline Haynes, age, 81, life resident of Altmar, passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 8th. Pauline was born January 2, 1944, in Oswego, the daughter of William and Arlene Trumble. She attended APW Schools and later earned her GED. She was married to her former husband, Donald Haynes Sr., and he passed away in 2004. She was self-employed for many years as a residential cleaner. Pauline loved gardening, planting flowers and vegetables.

      Surviving are two sons, Donald (Joanne) Haynes, Jr. of Parish and Charles Haynes of Altmar, two grandchildren Ashley Haynes (Ronnie Campbell) of West Monroe and Nicholas (Sara) Haynes of Camden, three great-granddaughters, Kylie, Lilianna and Evelyn, siblings, David, Johnny, June, Charlene, Harry and Fred. Pauline was predeceased by her siblings, Billy, Julia, Sharon, Jean, Jane, Charlie, Jimmy, George and Floyd, Beulah.

      A graveside service will be held in the spring at Riverside Cemetery in Altmar. Arrangements in care of Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
