      Joseph P. Nolan, 69, of Concord, N.C., formerly of Parish, father of Pulaski residents, died Tuesday in Concord.

      A funeral service and burial will be held in the spring. Arrangements are with the Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home, Parish.

      Surviving are his wife, Mary Lou; five sons, Michael, Joseph and Burton, all of Pulaski, James, Baldwinsville, and Kenneth, Meridian; four daughters, Marti West, Pulaski, JoAnn Tanner, West Leyden, Enid Lanning, Concord, N.C., and Vera Bowen, Baldwinsville; several grandchildren; three brothers, James, Pennellville, John, Chittenango, and Phillip, Concord, N.C., and three sisters, Dolores Henderson, Redfield, Rose Vickory, Brewerton, and Helen Wagner, Florida.
