    • Lulu May Seyer - December 21, 1892 - July 26, 1959. Daughter of Eugene H. and Deliah Patchin Seyer. Wife of Arthur J. Tanner (married June 27, 1911) & Theodore Spencer (married September 24,1919.)

      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, July 30, 1959 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Rites Held for Mrs. Spencer, 66 - Mrs. Lulu Marie Seyer Spencer, 60, widow of Theodore Spencer of Richland, died early Sunday morning in the Oswego Hospital where she had been a patient for only a few hours. She had been in poor health for some time. Born December 21, 1892, at Colosse, she was the daughter of Eugene and Delia Patcher Seyer. She lived in this vicinity all of her life except for a brief time spent in New York City. She was a member of the Richland Church of Christ. Mr. Spencer died January 23, 1956. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Rodrigues of New York City, Mrs. Evelyn Myers of Nevada and Mrs. Ross LeRoy of Richland; a son, Donald Tanner of Syracuse; a brother, Ernest Seyer of Syracuse; a sister, Mrs. Ray Williams of Pennellville; 36 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The funeral was held at 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Randall officiating. Burial took place in the Richland Cemetery.
