      Newspaper Article - Wednesday, March 9, 1881 Mexico Independent - Mexico, New York - Very Sickly at Holmesville - The funeral of Dr. Chapman occurred on Sunday, and on the same day, Father Salmon Erskine, aged 90, and his daughter, Mrs. C. Norris, died, only eighteen hours difference in the time of their deaths. Mr. William G. Perry is not expected to live but a day or two. His daughter Adell is also numbered with the sick.
