      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, December 27, 1939 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Norman Root Cole, 67, died yesterday morning at his farm home in the southeastern part of the town of Richland after a short illness of pneumonia. Mr. Cole was born August 18, 1872 and had spent his life on the farm where he died. On August 18, 1902, he married Jessie Reese. He was a member of South Richland Grange. Besides his wife he is survived by three sons, Lyle, Norman and Rodney, one sister, Mrs. Marion Whitney of Syracuse; and one brother, F. H. S. Cole of Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. George Butler of Fernwood officiating. Burial in Riverside cemetery.
