Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, April 11, 1912 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Richland - Mrs. Marshall Ames who has been ill for some time, passed peacefully away at her home Friday afternoon, April 5. Mrs. Ames was a faithful member of the Disciple church and was beloved by all who knew her. She leaves many relatives and a host of friends to mourn her departure to that City of Light where death is unknown. The funeral was held at the home Monday afternoon. Interment at Evergreen cemetery, Richland.
