  PEARSON Post-Standard, The (Syracuse, NY) - May 27, 2009 Eva M. Pearson May 25, 2009 Eva M. Pearson, 92, of Phoenix, passed away Monday at home. She was a member of the Phoenix Senior Citizens and attended the 1st Congregational United Church of Phoenix, NY. Eva was predeceased by her husband, Harold H. Pearson in 1975; a son, Richard T. Pearson in 2005; and two brothers, Gilbert Guernsey and Clifford "Ike" Guernsey. She is survived by a son, Ronald (Elaine) Pearson; a daughter, Pat (Kamden) Mauser; a daughter-in-law, Adelia J. Pearson; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mildred Allen, Norma Gwilt, Evelyn Smith; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be Thursday, 12:30 p.m. at the 1st Congregational United Church of Phoenix, NY. Burial will follow at Mt. Adna Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the church, before services. Contributions, in lieu of flowers may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 7th North St., Liverpool, NY 13090.
