      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, June 26, 1996 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Dora C. Barr, Pulaski, Dies in Oswego at 95 ¬Dora C. Barr, 95, Springbrook Apartments, died Monday at Oswego Hospital. There will be private services and burial in Riverside Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Foster-Hax Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Surviving are a son, William T., Syracuse; two grandsons and three great-grandchildren. Born January 5, 1901, in Lacona, daughter of Arthur and Emma Wagner Colvin, she was a lifetime resident of Pulaski. She attended Pulaski School. She married W. Taylor Ban on May 24, 1922, in Pulaski. Mr. Barr died September 21, 1971. Mrs. Barr was a member of Pulaski Baptist Church and a former member of Pulaski Chapter 159 of the Order of the Eastern Star, and the Pulaski Duplicate Bridge Club.
