    • Robert G. Hax, age 67, resident of Pulaski since 1960, passed away Friday at Oswego Hospital. Robert was born November 27, 1946 in Watertown. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1965 and from Simmons School of Mortuary Science in 1972. Robert served in the United States Army from 1969 until 1972. He was employed by the US Postal Office in Pulaski for 20 years. He had previously been employed by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, as a licensed funeral director, for several years and also the VA Medical Center. He was a member of the Robert Edwards American Legion Post #357 in Pulaski. Surviving are one brother, Karl (Karen) Hax of Pulaski; one sister, Cynthia (Terry) Allen of Pulaski; one son, Allan Malina of Lynchburg, VA; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by his parents, Karl W. Hax Sr. and Madolyn Hurley Hax. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, at the Foster- Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street in Pulaski with burial at in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the funeral. Donations may be made to the United Friends of Homeless Animals, 432 Centerville Road, Richland, NY 13114.
