Newspaper Obituary - Monday, June 3, 1912 Oswego Daily Palladium - Oswego, New York - Mrs. Clara I. Graves died Saturday afternoon at the home of her niece, Mrs. Annie Hubbard, No. 180 East First street, of acute indigestion following an illness of but a few hours. Mrs. Graves was eighty-one years old and came to this city a week ago from Mountain View, New Jersey, to visit relatives, and Saturday afternoon after a hearty meal was seized with violent pains while starting to visit friends in the neighborhood. Mrs. Hubbard had her aunt lie down and left the house to summon a physician. Before his arrival Mrs. Graves was dead and after an investigation by Coroner Vowiokel, he gave acute indigestion as the cause. She is survived by one son, John B. Graves, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one daughter, Mrs. George Cheesman, of Mountain View, one brother, Frank Bradner, of Winthrop, New Jersey, and one sister, Mrs. Susan Davie, of this city.
