Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 10, 1888 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Daysville - Died May 3, 1888, Electa, wife of Thompson Woodruff, age 70 years. Mrs. Woodruff has been a great sufferer, and through all sincerely mourn her death, yet all are glad that she is free from pain and has gone to her reward. Mrs. Woodruff was an old and respected resident of the place and will be greatly missed. An aged husband and the following children survive her: John H. Woodruff and Mrs. Altha Soule, Daysville; Rev. Almon Woodruff of Vermont; Mrs. Hattie Wallace of Fulton and Wm. Woodruff of Keene, New York all of whom were present at her death and burial. The funeral was held at the church, Rev. Miller officiating.
