Notes - Services for Michael J. Mellen, age 51 who died Sunday of pneumonia at his home near Williamstown, were conducted at 9:30 o'clock Thursday a.m. in tie Catholic church by Rev. Baker of the Camden church. Burial in Holy Cross cemetery, Williamstown. Mr. Mellen was born in Albion, July 15, 1884, a son of James and Esther C. Mellon. He had resided all but the past two years in this town. Surviving are his wife, Blanche Anson Mellen and eleven children, Pauline, Catherine, James, Bernadine, Muriel, Margaret, Aurelia, Hollis, Beverly, Harlow and Jerry; one sister, Mrs. Katherine Kane of Utica; one brother, Bert Mellen of Mexico. The family have the sympathy of Altmar friends.
