      Norman J. Tanner, 66, of 119 county Route 30A, Altmar, died Friday. Born in Pulaski, he attended Pulaski schools. He retired in 1999 after 11 years with the Williamstown Highway Department and previously was a logger and operated a dairy farm. A son, Timothy, died in 1985.

      Survivors: His wife of 46 years, the former Norma Allen; a daughter, Linda L. Seymour of Williamstown; a son, Terry E. of Altmar; a twin brother, Roy of Pulaski; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park St., Pulaski. Burial, Fairview Cemetery. No calling hours.
