Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, September 14, 1938 Peny Herald - Perry, New York - Allen G. Doneburg died Saturday, September 10, at the Community hospital, Warsaw, following several years of poor health and a last illness of three years. Mr. Doneburg was born March 25, 1873, at Boylestown. For the past 19 years he resided in this part of the state and in Peny for fifteen years. Mr. Doneburg was one of those quiet men, not well known to many; a home lover, a good citizen and a good neighbor. He to survived by his wife, a son Ellis, a daughter Mary; two stepsons, Kenyon and Averill Ticen; two sisters of Burbank, California; one sister and a brother of Amsterdam Burial took place in Richland on Tuesday afternoon after a brief private service at 8:30 a.m. at the family home, conducted by their pastor, Rev. E. D. Merriam.
