Newspaper Obituary - Monday, January 5, 1987 Banner Times - Pulaski, New York - Graveside services for Louis R. French, 76, of Springbrook Apartments, Pulaski who died Saturday, December 27, 1986 at Oswego Hospital, was at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Richland Cemetery. There were no calling hours. A native of Mexico, Mr. French resided most of his life in Pulaski. His wife, the former Ida Dawley, died in 1982. Mr. French retired in 1972 after 25 years with Birdseye Frozen Foods, Fulton, and was previously employed with the Oswego County Highway Department. Surviving are a son, Louis H. of Pulaski; a daughter, Barbara Giovo of Gulfport, Florida; a sister, Minnie Nichols of San Bernardino, California; 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, had charge of arrangements.
