Newspaper Obituary - Monday, April 30, 1984 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Clarence A. Granger, 61, of County Route 22, Altmar, died Tuesday in the Canandaigua Veterans Administration Hospital. He was born in Richland, and attended Pulaski Academy and Central School. He served in Germany with the United States Army in World War II. He was employed by various furniture movers in the Syracuse area. Surviving are four sisters, Florence Benway of Syracuse, Frances Hazelwood of Niagara Falls, Shirley Granger of Pulaski and Joyce Granger of Constantia; and four brothers, Glen Granger of Altmar, Robert Granger of Richland, Virgil Granger of Syracuse, and Allen Granger of Cazenovia. Services were at 11 am. Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, with the Rev. Furl M. Smith officiating. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery.
